Margaret, put another down for Amphi Elementary........I will be there
with my youngest son, 18, while my wife will be in Austin, Texas....my
oldest daughter is expecting on the 22nd, my second
grandchild.......and Jack the answer to the last question..tried to do
some of the reminiscing a couple of weeks back when I was in
Tucson.....after retirement I got bored and I now teach full-time at
the University of Utah and 6 of the starters for the Utes invited me
down to watch "our Wildcats" lose to them 23-3, I think. At least
I got free player tickets, and they just collected on the
wager.......they spent a weekend at my condo in Park City, and in
return their "consolation" prize to me was some autographed
footballs.....they assured me they are going to crack the BCS, so they
said I could sell the balls on E-bay...ha....:-).
I hope Amphi does better, I watched them a few weeks back in Glendale,
they lost in the last minutes 35-32.....I was just as excited then as
we were 40+ years ago, it seems as though it really was just yesterday.
Thanks to you, Charlie, and everyone for the wonderful work with site,
the reunions and this party......it is sincerely appreciated.

Sad news, Janice Jackson just
called
me....George passed away Sunday, May 25th
in
Denver, Colorado. He died of colon cancer which was diagnosed in
February
and was operated on....however the cancer spread to the liver. Please
let
the gang know...I will post on message board. Funeral will be this
coming
Saturday, May 31st at the Evergreen Cemetery, 26624 N. Turkey Creek
