Charlie - Thanks so much (again) -- we are enjoying the video; after watching ourselves dance, we were inspired to go out dancing Saturday night!

Perhaps another reunion next year would be too soon -- but maybe not.  I know that Suzanne, Vicki, Margaret, and I (with our spouses) are planning to go to Spain; we don't have dates or any details yet. But obviously we wouldn't want to conflict with an organized event. If we develop any more information I'll pass it on to you. - Joanne

I can't believe I didn't give you my current email: jlbarreca at aol.com.  I retired from the govt in Feb 01! And love it!

I've already made our reservations for the Friday and Saturday evening festivities (probably won't do Sunday). We're flying out on Wednesday 9 October, from National on Continental. When are you leaving?

Thanks for the info.  I had already listed the people that I know of who have died, at the bottom of the list at   http://technidigm.org/amphi62.htm .  I just added that list late last week.  I had started including those names alphabetically within the main list of names until I realized that it was too depressing.  Moved them to the bottom of the list, but would like to add notations as well as email exchange comments for each, such as for Art, which is currently also in the main list.  I will be getting more info on Art this week and add whatever seems appropriate.  I especially hope that his and Margie's travel company will send me a picture suitable for scanning and posting.

Hi Charlie -

Not to dwell on the morbid, but we need to remember that Mike Webster died (killed in a car crash) - while we were in college - perhaps 1963?

I had read about Art in a UA alumni magazine (which I don't receive, but happened to see at my cousin's) - and then Suzanne checked it out.

I am right here in Germantown, MD, where I have been since 1981.  I am just doing nuclear power plant inspections for utilities and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission these days. I stopped full time work about 5 years ago and just work when I am needed for an inspection. Gives me lots of free time in between jobs, which I spend either doing church things or playing with my internet web site.

Thought I would send email to some of the classmates listed at classmates.com and try to figure out a few more.  Too bad our 30th reunion was just before everyone started getting online!  I am going to try to keep up an info page on my web site so people can send me info and also link to emails and whatever I can come up with.  I will try to ensure that the info is validated and up to date.

Hope you do not mind if I put correspondence such as this on the internet for others to see.  I think it would help bring people together and encourage communications.  Is the peg4profit email address Vicki's?  I am making that assumption, based on your addees and what you said about Vicki and Suzanne.

If anyone wants to send me additional info, a resume, or a picture, I will see if I can link that to the info page. Probably need to start collecting current addresses for snail mail, which I can put on the web site too.  We will need to update the "In Memorium" list, of course.  Wonder if anyone else has started the same kind of internet effort?  I will be able to do a generic email address so that everyone on my list can get email from a single list address, such as.  Maybe later today.

Keep in touch.  Let us know what is going on in your life and maybe we can rekindle some of those alma mater feelings.  The '92 reunion committee did such a good job, I am sure that it will be difficult to match it, but who knows.  Maybe people get more nostalgic as they get older?  Let me know if there is anything I can do for the reunion effort.

Well, we are both still alive, I see. The internet seems to be the ultimate communicator.  Now that we are coming up on 40 years in a couple years, we need to see how much interest there is in getting the Amphi Class of '62 together again.
